2. 資料僅供參考，不保證準確
賽事資料由公開來源（官方賽事日曆、主辦單位公告、公開搜尋結果）自動搜集與整理， 我們不保證其準確性、完整性或及時性。賽事日期、路線、距離、爬升、報名狀態、費用 隨時可能更改、延期或取消。
3. 報名前一定要查看官方公告
- 報名狀態（報名中／已截止／尚未開放）是用公開資料＋自動檢測推估，可能滯後或者判斷錯；
- 名額、截止日期、抽籤安排、參賽資格、強制裝備、接駁交通，一律以主辦單位公佈為準；
- 行程、機票、住宿安排請自行預留風險，不要單憑本站資料落訂。
4. 路線檔（GPX）與剖面圖
- 賽道剖面是由路線檔自動計算（距離用 Haversine 平面估算、爬升已做平滑處理）， 與官方數字可能相差 1–3%；
- 路線檔可能是舊版本、可能有偏差或未更新， 不可以當作導航、安全或者補給計劃的唯一依據；
- 越野賽事請以主辦單位提供的路線、標記與現場指示為準。
5. 社群提交的路線檔
用戶提交路線檔時，代表提交者保證有權分享該檔案。我們會核對來源、起點座標、距離與賽事名， 未通過的會先放入暫存區（並不是即時公開），但仍然不保證內容一定正確。 如果權利人認為本站內容侵犯版權，請電郵我們，會即時移除。
6. 責任限制
對於因使用或依賴本站資料而引致的任何直接或間接損失、受傷、不便或支出， 本網站概不負責。你使用本站資料須自行承擔風險。
7. 外部連結
本站會連去第三方網站（主辦單位官網、報名平台、地圖服務等）。 我們無法控制其內容、可用性或私隱做法，亦不對其內容負責。
8. 商標與版權
賽事名稱、標誌與商標屬各自擁有者所有，本站僅作識別用途，不代表任何認可或合作關係。 路線檔版權屬主辦單位；本站對外一律以官方連結提供。
9. 個人資料
本站不設帳戶、不收集個人資料、不使用追蹤 cookie。 「我的賽事」收藏只存在你自己的裝置（localStorage）。 詳情見使用條款第 6 條。

Disclaimer. RacingDay (racingday.org) is an unofficial aggregator of publicly available race information. In one line: this site is an index, not the organiser; data may be wrong or out of date — always check the official race website before entering.
1. No affiliation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any race organiser, federation, certification body (UTMB / ITRA / AIMS) or sponsor.
2. Reference only. All data is compiled automatically from public sources and is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Dates, courses, distances, elevation, entry status and fees may change, be postponed or be cancelled.
3. Verify with the organiser. Entry status shown here is estimated from public data and automated checks and may lag behind. Quotas, deadlines, ballots, eligibility, mandatory gear and transport are governed solely by the organiser's official announcements.
4. GPX files and profiles. Elevation profiles are computed automatically from route files (Haversine distance, smoothed elevation) and may differ from official figures by 1–3%. Route files may be outdated or inaccurate and must not be used as your only basis for navigation, safety or nutrition planning.
5. Community submissions. Submitters warrant that they have the right to share the file. We check source, start coordinates, distance and race name, but we do not guarantee correctness. Rights holders may email us and we will remove content promptly.
6. Limitation of liability. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss, injury, inconvenience or expense arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.
7. External links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites.
8. Trademarks. Race names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
9. Personal data. No accounts, no personal data collected, no tracking cookies; saved races live only in your own browser.
