By using racingday.org (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms. This site is arace search directory, and we are not a race organiser.
1. No data scraping or automated scripts
You must not use bots, web crawlers, scraping tools or any automated scripts to copy or extract this site's data in bulk.
This includes but is not limited to:
- this site'srace listings(dates, locations, distances, elevation gain, entry status, certification labels, etc.);
- this site'sroute analysis data(route profile, elevation gain per kilometre, main climbs, checkpoints, pace estimates, etc.);
- this site'sCoverage statistics, page content and layout;
- anyuser data(this site has no accounts and does not collect personal data in practice; see clause 6).
Search engines (Google/Bing, etc.) indexing this site under normal indexing rules are not covered by this prohibition; however, using this site's data to build another database, to train models or for commercial republicationalways requires prior written consent..
We will use technical measures (rate limiting, blocking, etc.) and legal action to prevent unauthorised scraping.
2. Data accuracy
Race data on this site iscompiled from automated systems and public sources, and wewe do not guarantee that it is accurate or up to date at any time; you use this site's dataat your own risk.. 3. Copyright
- Race names, logos and trademarks are the property ofthe respective organisers or rights holders; this site uses them for identification only and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
- This sitedoes not reproduceorganisers' copy, logos, photographs or maps; official route files are always provided viaexternal links.
- This siteOriginal elements(layout design, route profile and elevation gain data computed by us from public route data, catalogue statistics, search index) are copyright RacingDay.
4. Community-submitted content
When you submit a route file (GPX) or other content to this site, you confirm that:
- you own the legal rights to that content, or are authorised to submit it;
- you grant us aperpetual, worldwide, royalty-freelicence to analyse the file, to compute the route profile and main climbs, and to display on this sitethe derived data calculated from that file.;
- We may decide at our sole discretion whether to accept, modify or remove any submitted content.
Submitted files may be reviewed manually; files that are not accepted will be archived (including cloud backups), and you may request deletion by email at any time.
5. Exclusion of liability for events
This site israce search directorynot a race organiser. We have no control over a race's safety, cancellation, postponement, schedule changes, route changes or refunds,and we accept no liability of any kind.. If you have any questions or disputes, please contact the race organiser directly.
6. Personal data
This siteWe do not create accounts,,we do not collect personal data, and we do notuse tracking cookies.. We only use one random anonymous browsing token for daily traffic statistics (we do not record IP addresses and cannot identify individuals).
7. Third-party links
This site contains links to organisers' and other third-party websites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability or privacy practices of those websites.
8. Corrections, removals and enquiries
Organisers, rights holders or anyone who finds an error or omission: please email info@racingday.org. We will respond within within 24 hourshandle the correction or removal request.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date in the footer will be revised; your continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
English / Terms of Use
1. Data scraping & bots prohibited. You may not use bots, scrapers or any automatic scripts to copy or bulk-harvest data from this site, including our race lists, route-analysis data, statistics and any user information. Normal indexing by search engines is not covered by this ban, but building another database, training models on our data, or commercial re-publication requires our prior written consent.
2. Accuracy — use at your own risk. Race information is compiled by automated systems from public sources. We do not guarantee that dates, distances, routes, entry status or links are accurate or current. Always confirm with the official race organiser before booking travel or entering. Route-analysis figures are computed from route files and may differ from official numbers by 1–3%.
3. Copyright. Race names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, with no endorsement implied. We do not re-publish organiser copy, logos, photos or maps; official route files are provided as external links. Our own original work (layout, derived elevation profiles, statistics, search index) is © RacingDay.
4. Community submissions. By submitting a GPX file you confirm you hold the rights to it and grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to analyse it and display the derived data on this site. We may accept, modify or remove any submission, and you may request deletion at any time.
5. No liability for events. We are a discovery directory, not a race organiser. We have no control over and accept no liability for event safety, cancellations, postponements, scheduling or route changes, or refunds. Contact the race director directly.
6. Personal data. We have no accounts, collect no personal data and use no tracking cookies. Only an anonymous random browser marker is used for daily traffic counts.
7. Third-party links. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external sites we link to.
8. Corrections and removal. Email info@racingday.org; we act within 24 hours.
