Changshan Gang (also called the Changshan River) is a river in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. Local people call it Daxi and Waigang Creek, and the Commentary on the Water Classic calls it Dingyang Creek. It refers to the stretch of the main stream of the Qiantang River from Huabu in Kaihua to Shuanggangkou in Quzhou; upstream it joins the Majin Creek, which rises in Jiangtian Village, Longtian Township, Xiuning County, Anhui Province, and downstream it joins the Jiangshan Gang to form the Qu River. It passes through Kaihua County, Changshan County and Kecheng District, and the reach is 175.9 kilometres long with a basin area of 3,385 square kilometres; shipping was historically well developed there. After the 1960s, soil erosion upstream silted up the water surface and road transport developed, so water transport gradually declined. Changshan Gang lies in an area of karst valley development, and on the two banks there are river geological features such as oxbow lakes, rejuvenated rivers and meandering rivers.

Quzhou is a prefecture-level city in western Zhejiang province, People's Republic of China. Sitting on the upper course of the Qiantang River, it borders Hangzhou to the north, Jinhua to the east, Lishui to the southeast, and the provinces of Fujian, Jiangxi and Anhui to the south, southwest and northwest respectively. Its population was 2,276,184 inhabitants as of the 2020 census of whom 902,767 lived in the built-up (or metro) area made of Qujiang and Kecheng urban Districts. Chinese actress and singer Zhou Xun was born in Quzhou.

The Quzhou City Wall is located in Kecheng District, Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. In 2006 it was listed in the sixth batch of Major Historical and Cultural Sites Protected at the National Level.
