你使用 racingday.org（以下稱「本網站」）即代表你同意以下條款。 本網站是一個賽事搜尋目錄，我們不是賽事主辦單位。
1. 禁止數據爬取與自動腳本
你不得使用機器人、網頁爬蟲、抓取工具或者任何自動腳本，複製或大量取用本網站的數據。
包括但不限於：
- 本網站的賽事列表（日期、地點、距離、爬升、報名狀態、認證標籤等）；
- 本網站的賽道分析數據（爬升剖面、每公里爬升、主要爬坡段、檢查點、配速估算等）；
- 本網站的收錄統計、頁面內容與版面；
- 任何用戶資料（本網站實際上不設帳戶、不收集個人資料，見第 6 條）。
搜尋引擎（Google／Bing 等）依一般收錄規則索引本網站，不屬於本條禁止範圍； 但把本網站數據用作建立另一個資料庫、訓練模型或者商業轉載，一律需要事先書面同意。
我們會以技術手段（速率限制、封鎖等）與法律途徑阻止違規爬取。
2. 資料準確性
本網站的賽事資料由自動化系統與公開來源編譯而成，我們不保證任何時候都準確或者最新； 你使用本網站數據須自行承擔風險。完整說明（資料限制、路線檔與剖面圖、 責任範圍）見免責聲明。
3. 版權
- 賽事名稱、標誌、商標屬各主辦單位或相關權利人所有；本網站只作識別用途， 不代表任何合作、贊助或背書關係。
- 本網站不會轉載主辦單位的文案、標誌、相片或地圖；官方路線檔一律以外部連結提供。
- 本網站原創部分（版面設計、由公開路線資料自行計算的剖面與爬升數據、收錄統計、 搜尋索引）版權屬 RacingDay。
4. 社群提交內容
當你向本網站提交路線檔（GPX）或其他內容，即代表：
- 你確認你擁有該內容的合法權利，或者已獲授權提交；
- 你授予我們一個永久、全球性、免版稅的許可，用來分析該檔案、計算爬升剖面與主要爬坡段， 並在本網站顯示由該檔案計算出來的衍生數據；
- 我們有權自行決定是否採用、修改或移除任何提交內容。
提交的檔案有可能經人手審核；未獲採用的檔案會存檔（包括雲端備份）， 你可以隨時電郵要求刪除。
5. 免除活動法律責任
本網站是賽事搜尋目錄，並非賽事主辦單位。我們對賽事的安全、取消、延期、 日程變更、路線改動或者退款沒有任何控制權，亦不承擔任何責任。 任何問題或者爭議，請直接聯絡賽事主辦單位。
6. 個人資料
本網站不設帳戶，不收集個人資料，亦不使用追蹤 cookies。 我們只用一個隨機的匿名瀏覽標記做每日流量統計（不記錄 IP、無法識別個人）。
7. 第三方連結
本網站包含通往主辦單位與其他第三方網站的連結。我們不控制、亦不對該等網站的內容、 可用性或私隱做法負責。
8. 更正、移除與查詢
主辦單位、權利人或任何發現錯漏的人：請電郵 info@racingday.org，我們會在 24 小時內處理更正或移除要求。
9. 條款變更
我們可能不時更新本條款。更新後的版本會刊載於本頁，並更新頁尾的「最後更新」日期； 你繼續使用本網站即代表接受更新後的條款。
English / Terms of Use
1. Data scraping & bots prohibited. You may not use bots, scrapers or any automatic scripts to copy or bulk-harvest data from this site, including our race lists, route-analysis data, statistics and any user information. Normal indexing by search engines is not covered by this ban, but building another database, training models on our data, or commercial re-publication requires our prior written consent.
2. Accuracy — use at your own risk. Race information is compiled by automated systems from public sources. We do not guarantee that dates, distances, routes, entry status or links are accurate or current. Always confirm with the official race organiser before booking travel or entering. Route-analysis figures are computed from route files and may differ from official numbers by 1–3%.
3. Copyright. Race names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, with no endorsement implied. We do not re-publish organiser copy, logos, photos or maps; official route files are provided as external links. Our own original work (layout, derived elevation profiles, statistics, search index) is © RacingDay.
4. Community submissions. By submitting a GPX file you confirm you hold the rights to it and grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to analyse it and display the derived data on this site. We may accept, modify or remove any submission, and you may request deletion at any time.
5. No liability for events. We are a discovery directory, not a race organiser. We have no control over and accept no liability for event safety, cancellations, postponements, scheduling or route changes, or refunds. Contact the race director directly.
6. Personal data. We have no accounts, collect no personal data and use no tracking cookies. Only an anonymous random browser marker is used for daily traffic counts.
7. Third-party links. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external sites we link to.
8. Corrections and removal. Email info@racingday.org; we act within 24 hours.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
