2026 Jinhua Jinyihu Half Marathon（2026金华·金漪湖半程马拉松）

The Dongyang River, also called the Yiwu River, is a tributary of the Jinhua River with a total length of 152.4 kilometres. The Dongyang River has two tributaries, called the South Stream and the North Stream. The North Stream rises at Longwujian in Shanghu Town, Pan'an County, Jinhua, while the South Stream rises at Yangcaojian in Shuangfeng Township, Pan'an County. The two tributaries flow from east to west through Yiwu, join at Zhongyang Village in the former Hezuo Township, Fotang Town, Yiwu, and flow through Fotang and Beilei before joining the Wuyi River in front of the Bayong Tower in the Jinhua urban area to form the Jinhua River. The Hengjin Reservoir is on the upper reaches.

Jinhua, abbreviated as Wu and Jin and formerly known as Wuzhou, is a prefecture-level city under the administration of Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China, located in the centre of the province. To its north-west lies Hangzhou, to the north-east Shaoxing, to the east Taizhou, to the south Lishui and to the west Quzhou. It lies in the eastern part of the Jinhua-Quzhou Basin, with high ground to the north and south and low ground in the middle. In the south is the Xianxia Range, in the east Dapan Shan, in the north-east Kuaiji Shan, in the north Longmen Shan and in the north-west Qianligang Shan. The Dongyang River (Yiwu River) and the Wuyi River join in the urban area to form the Jinhua River, which flows west and, after joining the Qu River in Lanxi City, is known as the Lan River. Jinhua is also an important railway hub in central Zhejiang, where the Shanghai-Kunming Railway, the Jinhua-Qiandaohu Railway, the Jinhua-Wenzhou Railway and the Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway meet. The municipal people's government is at 801 Shuanglong South Street, Wucheng District.

Jinhua Zicheng, commonly known as Guzicheng, is the inner city of the former Jinhua prefectural city, located on the sloping land north of the river in Chengdong Subdistrict, Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China, at the confluence of the Dongyang River and the Wuyi River. Jinhua Zicheng was first built together with Wuzhou city in the third year of Tianfu of the Tang (903), roughly square in shape and with four city gates. The inner city wall was damaged and rebuilt several times during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, and most of it was finally demolished on 10 December 1938 during the War of Resistance against Japan, for air-defence purposes and to make it easier for residents to evacuate, leaving only a few remains.

Jinhua Architecture Park is located on the north bank of the Yiwu River in Dongxiao Subdistrict, Jindong District, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China. It is 2,200 metres long and on average 80 metres wide. The park's 17 small public buildings were designed by 17 teams, 21 outstanding architects and artists from seven countries (including China). Ai Weiwei directed the landscape design of the park.
