Tai Po Half Marathon（大埔半馬拉松）

Ho Pui Reservoir lies in Pat Heung, Yuen Long, Hong Kong, surrounded by mountains at an elevation of 250 metres on the upper reaches of the Kam Tin River, and forms part of Tai Lam Country Park; its natural setting is highly picturesque. The reservoir has a capacity of 500,000 cubic metres, and its S-shaped dam is 157.0 metres long and 17.4 metres high. It is an irrigation reservoir, that is, not a reservoir primarily for drinking water, and is used mainly to irrigate farmland in north-western Hong Kong. It is the smallest reservoir in area under the management of the Water Supplies Department.

Tai Shu Ha Tin Hau Temple is a Tin Hau temple in Hong Kong, located in Tai Kei Leng Village, Shap Pat Heung, Yuen Long District, New Territories. It is named after a large tree measuring several hundred chi in circumference that stands in front of the temple. The stone tablets in the temple date back to the 51st year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing dynasty (1786), and the temple underwent major renovations during the Xianfeng and Guangxu reigns of the Qing dynasty and again after Typhoon Wanda struck Hong Kong in 1962. The temple has three halls: the main hall is dedicated to Tin Hau; the right hall is dedicated to the Emperor of Literature and the Emperor of War; and the left hall is the Hall of Heroes, dedicated to local residents who died resisting the British occupation of the New Territories in 1899.

Tai Wong Temple, also known as the Old Tai Wong Temple, is located on Cheung Shing Street in Yuen Long Kau Hui, New Territories, Hong Kong. In the eighth year of the Kangxi reign (1669), Tang Man-wai 'moved the market from Tai Kiu Tun to Yuen Long and built the Old Tai Wong Temple with it.' The temple underwent major repairs in the seventeenth year of the Daoguang reign (1838). It is dedicated to Hung Shing Wong and Yeung Hau Kung.

Yuen Long Park is a large park in Hong Kong, located on Park Road North to the south-west of Yuen Long town centre in Yuen Long District, New Territories. It covers 7.5 hectares and was built in August 1988, and is now managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. Yuen Long Park has received a Merit Award from the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects. Construction of the park took three years, and it opened to the public as early as the spring of 1991, but it was only on 26 October of that year that it was unveiled by Cheung Yan-lung, then chairman of the Regional Council.
